When my MacBook laptop went down, I got in touch with Phone World, who provided an excellent service over the next few days with a great and satisfactory repair. They kept me up to date with each stage of the repair.
Even when it failed a couple of days later, they immediately sorted it out, even though they had other jobs going on. I would highly recommend Phone World Dunstable, thanks so much to everyone on the team there.

I went to Phone World around two weeks ago after my MSI Katana 17 (9S7-17L541-015) suffered accidental water damage and developed several issues.
I was assisted by Mr. Sunny, who was excellent throughout the whole process. He clearly knows his craft, identified the problems quickly, explained everything properly, and handled the repair professionally. His previous IT support and engineering experience definitely shows.
He was also very polite, helpful, and honest, and the service charge was very reasonable and good value for money.
Even though the shop is called Phone World, I would absolutely recommend them for laptop and computer-related problems as well. If you are nearby and have a laptop issue, this is definitely a place worth contacting first.
Very satisfied with the service and genuinely grateful to Mr. Sunny. Highly recommended.
