Before you trade in

  • Back up your photos, messages and files.
  • iPhone, iPad, Mac: sign out of your Apple Account and turn off Find My.
  • Android: remove your Google account so the device is not locked after reset.
  • Take out your SIM and memory card.

Why don't you show a price straight away?

Two phones of the same model can be worth very different amounts. Rather than give you an estimate that changes later, we look at your actual device and give you one firm figure.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. You can accept or decline from your tracking page or the offer e-mail.

Can I trade in a damaged or faulty device?

Often, yes. Tell us what is wrong in the questions and we will take it into account when we inspect it.
